Kashe-kashen Takiyya a wurin Assayid Komaini

Assayidul Komaini (ks) da farko yana faraway da karkasa Takiyya bisa la'akari da mafhumin isdilahi kuma lallai tana daga ma'anoni idafiyya (na jingine) kamar yanda muka yi bayani a baya, yana cewa: bayan haka, lokacin da bahasinmu ya kutsa cikin daurar fikhu ya zuwa ba'arin furu'a rassan Takiyya sai nna ji na kaunaci in ware mata kebantacciyar Risala da zata tattaro muhimman bahasosintam saboda magana kan bahasosin Takiyya zai kasance kamar haka:

1-bahasin farko: cikin kashe-kashenta: sakamakon kasancewar takiyya daga take da unwanin da ake jingina shi zuwa ga mai yin takiyya da wanda ake takiyya don gujewa cutarwarsa da abinda ake takiyya cikinsa saboda haka babu makawa tana kasuwa ne kan zatinta da jingine-jinginenta zuwa kashe-kashe kamar haka:

Jumlace kashe-kashen zai zo cikin tsare-tsare masu zuwa nan kasa:

Takiyya:

Abun bukata a kankin kanta don waninta a kankin kansa shine boyewa. Ita wajibi ce da wajabci kan waninta (wujubul gairi) da kuma wajabci na kankin kansa (wujubul nafsi) sabida abind aake tsoran afkawa cikinsa ko kuma bi sannu-sannu sakamakon tsammanin afkuwar cutuwar wani ko kuma cutuwar muslunci cikinn mutunci ne ko dukiya, dss  

Sannan cikin bayani filla-filla kan haka Assayidul Komaini (ks) yana cewa: daga cikin Takiyya tana kasuwa bisa kallon zatinta, a wani lokacin Takiyya tana kasance bisa tsoro a wani karon kuma bisa bi sannu-sannu, shi tsoro zai iya kasancewa sakamakon tsammani afkuwa cutuwar rayuwar mai yin takiyya ko kuma mutuncinsa ko dukiyarsa ko kuma wani abu da ya ta'alla da shi, tana kuma iya kasancewa saboda tsammanin afkuwar cutuwa kan waninsa daga `yan'uwansa Muminai, na uku: tana iya kasancewa sakamakon tsammanin cutuwar muslunci da musulmai  kamar cikin kasancewar tsammanin rarrabuwar kawukan musulmai cikin bari aiki da takiyya da dai makamancin haka.

 

Abinda ake nufi da Takiyya mudaratiya (takiyyar lallami da bi sannu-sannu) hadafi cikin yana kasancewa cikin hada kawukan al'umma da jawo masu sabani jiki da neman soyayyarsu da hadin kansu ba tareda tsoron cutarwarsu ba kamar yanda yake cikin Takiyya domin tsoro, nan gaba bayani filla-filla zai kanta, sannan a wani karon takiyya na iya kasance abin bukata don kankin kanta wani lokacin kuma domin waninta-ana iya kiran ta farko da sunan Takiyya Nafsi ta biyu kuma Takiyya Gairi, ta farko itace take dauke da ma'anar boyewa maimakon yadawa.

 

Sannan Assayidul Komaini ya kara kawo bayani filla-filla cikin kashe-kashen Takiyya yana mai cewa: a jumlace yana bayyanuwa cikin jumlar abinda ya zo daga hadisai da maganganu cikinta-cewa ita ta kasu zuwa kashe-kashe:

 

Daga cikinta akwai kasancewarta misalin sauran uzurai da larurori na shari'a dana hankali-tareda la'akari da hukuncin hankali ko kuma nassin shari'a ma tsarki, sai aka yi rukusa da sassauci sakamakon larura wannan kason yana shiga karkashin Takiyya Ikrahiyya wacce bamu yi bayaninta anan ba, mun yi bayani kanta cikin Risala cikin Almakasibul Muharrama cikin Tanbihul auwal daga haramcin wilayar Ja'irin shugaba.

 

Daga cikinta akwai takiyyar da aka halasta ta saboda bin mutane da lullumi da sannu-sannu da neman soyayyarsu da kaunarsu.

 

Daga cikinta akwai wacce take abar bukata a kankin kanta cikin Azzalimar Daula har zuwa lokacin bayyanar Daular Adalci, itace wadda take kishiyar bayyanar Sirrika da take kan matsayin boye abubuwa –wannan babu kokwanto tana daga Misdakan Takiyya tareda Muminai cikin ba'arin wasu magangaru da wurare tareda la'akari Kabiliyar daidaikun mutane kamar yanda zai bayyanu shine abinda muke kira da aiki cikin sirri kamar yanda ya zo cikin harshen riwayoyi yin ibada a boye.

 

Daga cikinta: akwai karkasuwarta bisa la'akari da mai yin Takiyyar, Mai yin Takiyya yana iya kasancewa daga sanannun mutane kamar gamagarin mutane misalin `dan kasuwa da waninsa, yana iya kuma kasancewa daga shugabannin Mazhaba wanda yake da shugabanci a cikin addini bisa sassabawar matsayinsu kamar misalin Annabi (s.a.w), bisa gini kan halascin Takiyya gareshi da kuma A'imma tsarkaka, ko kuma Fakihai da Manyan Malumman shi'a da Sarakuna, wannan itace wacce muke kiranta Takiyya tareda la'akari da Mai yinta-zamu yi ishara kan yiwuwa sabawar hukuncin Takiyya bisa la'akari da Mai yinta.

 

Daga cikinta: akwai karkasuwarta bisa la'akari da wanda ake taki domin shi, wani lokacin ana Takiyya saboda Kafirai wanda basu yi imani da muslunci ba babu banbanci daga shugabanni suke ko talakawansu-tama iya yiwuwa wannan kason ya kasance karkashin Takiyya Ikrahiyya kamar yanda zamu kawo, wani karon kuma tana kasancewa saboda Sarakuna da masu mulkar Amawan mutane ta uku kuma sabida Alkalansu da Malamansu, ta hudu sabida Amawansu, ta biyar Sabida Sarakunan Shi'a ko kuma Amawansu da dai makamantan hakan.

Sannan Takiyya daga Kafirai da wasunsu taba iya kasance cikin zuwa da aiki da ya dace da Amawa kamar idan mun kaddara cewa wani Sarki ya tilasta musulmi kan aiki da fatawar Abu Hanifa, tana kuma iya kasancewa cikin wanin Sarki.

 

Daga cikinta: akwai karkasata bisa la'akari da abind ake Takiyya cikinsa, hakika akasarin abinda Risalar Shaikul Ansari take kunshe da shi shine bayani kan wannan kaso, sai nala lura cikin yanayin bijirar mas'ala da gamewarta cikin Risalolin guda biyu domin tsinkayar hakikanin cigaba da habbakar limi da fikhu da kara zurfafa nazari da cikin tasnifin manya-manyan Malamai, wannan ita ma'ana larurar istinbadi da ijtihadi  cikin zamani da bigire da kuma cewa baya halasta ayi taklidi da matacce, a lura sosai.
